stock denominated memecoins: coins priced in tokenized stocks

bonding curves denominated in NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, SPY and ten more · last updated 2026-07-27

the idea

robinhood chain is the first chain where tokenized stocks are native, liquid infrastructure. pmav made the quote currency of the bonding curve a constructor parameter, which means a memecoin can be born priced in the company it memes: a coin about AI priced in NVDA, a rocket coin priced in SPCX. the curve, the graduation, and the locked pool are all denominated in the tokenized stock. the press calls this category stock denominated memecoins or stock paired memecoins; pmav runs sixteen live stock and ETF lanes, and every one shipped through a hard gate: the stock's on chain market must be deep enough to fill real buys within a few percent of its beacon feed price, or the lane does not launch.

stock curves vs stock paired tokens

two different designs share the vocabulary. a stock paired token adds a liquidity pool between an existing memecoin and a tokenized stock, so the pairing is an aftermarket attachment; that is the approach most coverage credits to trading bots like Bankr. a stock denominated curve, which is what pmav runs, makes the stock the coin's native unit from its first block: the bonding curve prices in the stock, the graduation threshold is computed in the stock, and the permanently locked graduation liquidity IS the stock token. one is a pool next to a coin; the other is the coin's entire economic life denominated in the equity.

the live lanes as of july 2026: NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, SPCX, META, AMZN, GME, SLV, USO, SPY, PLTR, GOOGL, COIN, AMD, SNDK, COST, plus the USDG dollar curve. every lane rides the same fair launch rules and locks its stock liquidity forever at graduation.

how it works

why launch on an undervalued stock's curve

if you think a stock is undervalued, launching your coin on its curve means your coin's locked liquidity is denominated in that stock: if the stock appreciates, the floor under your coin's liquidity appreciates with it. other launchpads have started launching stock quoted coins too, into whatever pool exists; pmav's difference is the gate. a lane only ships when the stock can actually be bought near its real price, so a buyer on a pmav stock curve is never quietly paying a double digit premium on the stock leg of their trade, and the graduation liquidity locks forever.

the fine print, honestly

tokenized stocks are issued by third parties, not by pmav; issuers can pause or blocklist their tokens, which freezes related trading until unpaused. tokenized stocks are not shares and confer no shareholder rights. read the full disclosure on the launch page before using a stock curve.
